A special attache of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) was in the city on Saturday, to coordinate with city police, after two more ‘con call centres’ were busted in western Ahmedabad. The FBI has taken back data on thousands of US citizens, retrieved from computers at these illicit call centres, which were scamming gullible American taxpayers.
