20-year-old Sunil is being termed as the worst paedophile-serial killers known to Indian law enforcement agencies, responsible for at least nine rape-murders. He would break a girl's leg before raping her because it aroused him and evaded arrest as he didn't use a cell phone living a vagabond life. His last victim was found with a broken skull and a wooden stick in her private parts.
